Sustainability

Our Approach to Sustainable Growth

At Murdoch Webster, we are dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment, society, and the economy through sustainable practices integrated across our operations.

  • Environmental Responsibility: We actively reduce carbon emissions, waste, and pollutants by promoting energy efficiency, responsible purchasing, and recycling. Embracing technology and sustainable alternatives, we aim to lower our environmental impact.

  • Social Well-being: We support communities through charitable partnerships, advocacy, and volunteerism, including our involvement with organizations like Breast Cancer Network Australia and the Black Dog Institute.

  • Employee Development and Innovation: We foster a culture of growth, encouraging our team to innovate and contribute ideas that drive sustainable progress. Through training and transparent practices, we continuously strive for responsible and sustainable growth.

We also want to drive change internally. To achieve this, we’ve set the following goals:

  • Reduce office energy consumption by 10% over the next two years through hybrid work and energy-saving initiatives like powering down equipment when not in use.

  • Achieve zero e-waste by partnering with certified e-waste recyclers to ensure all obsolete hardware is responsibly handled.

We believe that everyone has a part to play in building a sustainable future. By committing to these practices, we aim to make a lasting positive impact. Together, we can create a healthier environment for the generations to come.
