About the role

This is a new Senior Engineer Network Security position due to continued growth. You will be responsible for delivering quality service and outcomes to our customers and working alongside our vendors such as Palo Alto Networks.

Proven experience in a similar role managing, supporting, and troubleshooting across multiple customers.

Must have experience working with Palo Alto Networks Strata Firewalls and Palo Alto Networks Expedition.
CCNP or equivalent level of routing and switching.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in utilising CRM software and Microsoft Outlook / Teams.
Must have excellent skills in project management, managing several priorities and customers at any one time.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
Industry based certifications.
Driver licence, your own vehicle and ability to travel to customer sites for onsite support.
