Previous experience in administration, supporting quotes and raising purchase orders
Effectively handle multiple clients and work calmly under pressure through prioritisation
Excellent written communication skills, with strong verbal skills
Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
Desire for growth, progression, and development
Experience with Windows and Microsoft office are required
Experience with HubSpot (CRM) desired but not required

The role in a sentence is to support the sales and operations functions by providing administrative support and deliver excellence in customer service.
Some of what you will do includes:
Supporting the sales process through undertaking tasks such as quoting, renewals management, opportunity registration through to issuing purchase orders
Support customers more holistically via email responses and other tasks
Manage CRM and relevant systems
The position is ideal for someone looking for a career in administration or sales operations. We are open to accommodating someone in a part-time capacity, who may be returning to the workforce and prefers school friendly hours.
