Introduction
Howzit! My name is Shaun, and I recently moved to Australia to join Murdoch Webster! ๐
Can you tell us a bit about your background and your journey to Murdoch Webster?
I started my career as a personal trainer in South Africa, which instilled in me a passion for helping others and a strong work ethic. ๐ช After eight years, I changed career and country (!!) moving to New Zealand, where I spent 3 and a half years in IT Distribution, focusing on hardware and cybersecurity solutions. This experience paved the way for my current role in cybersecurity at Murdoch Webster. ๐
What were some significant life experiences that led you to where you are now?
I always wanted to move away from home for adventure. I made many life decisions as I kept moving to new places. To get into university, I had to move to another city from home.
As the world turns, I decided to bring my family to Australia landing in Adelaide, I am immensely grateful for this new adventure.
Immigrating twice is not for the faint hearted and finding my faith in God. Best day ever ๐.
