Experience in a hands on role leading tickets and attending client sites
Designing, installing and supporting Cisco (switching, router, HCI and/or firewall) with a minimum Cisco certification of CCNP
Experience with installation, configuration and operation of high-end firewall appliances, ideally with Palo Alto Networks products would be desired
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Industry-based certifications
Drivers Licence and able to travel to client sites for onsite support

We are open to receiving applications for mid level engineers and senior engineers. As a consultant your role will involve providing engineering expertise in the areas of data networking, storage networking, cabling, application load balancing, firewalls and security; with a focus on operational stability and project delivery including design, planning, build/implementation and operational transition.
The work you will do will be based on your skill expertise. Some of what you may do could include:
Perform build and configuration activities relating to project initiatives
Migrate customers from legacy firewall technologies to Palo Alto Networks platforms
Contribute to the development of High-Level Designs (HLDs) & Detailed Level Designs (DLD) for project initiatives
Provide input to domain strategies and roadmaps by providing insights from the deployment of technologies in real world scenarios leveraging practical experience
Develop and maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in relation to technical standards and services across the group
Perform knowledge transfer and transition of project solutions to IT Operations Team
Maintaining excellent communications with customers, third-party vendors and contractors
